Due to the consumable nature of tea products, returns and refunds are generally not applicable once the order has been delivered.
Eligible Cases
Refund or replacement may only be considered if:
- Wrong product is delivered
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Package is tampered with
Reporting Issues
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used tea products cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
